The BMS architecture uses verified organisation identity and forced PostgreSQL row-level security. Tenant-scoped relationships keep records associated with the correct organisation.
Audited changes
Policy operations write an append-only transaction ledger. Audit records and a transactional outbox are part of the same change, supporting traceability and downstream processing.
Controlled automation
Idempotent operations handle repeated requests. The platform separates read-only AI assistance from proposed changes that need human confirmation.

Engineering evidence, with clear boundaries.
This is an ongoing development project. The documented platform includes CRM workflows and BMS integration. Some modules and live integrations remain in development or depend on external setup.
Demo environments use labelled fixture data. The next milestones are completing live integrations and validating production operation.
